Test Drive Agreement Questionaire

YOU SHOULD CREATE AN AUTOAGREEMENT BEFORE PROVIDING A TEST-DRIVE OF
THE VEHICLE.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DO NOT ALLOW THE VEHICLE TO BE TEST-DRIVEN
BEFORE YOU HAVE ANSWERS TO ALL THE QUESTIONS BELOW.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONSIDER WITHDRAWING FROM ANY TEST-DRIVE
PROVISION SHOULD THE INTENDED DRIVER NOT AGREE TO SIGN YOUR
AUTOAGREEMENT™
(all terms covered by an AutoAgreement are reasonable and approved)

Remember:
  1. It is important to get as much information as possible, to be aware of exactly who will drive the Vehicle.
  2. If you are suspicious of the potential driver of the vehicle you are advised to withdraw from providing a test-drive and any following Vehicle sale.
  3. You are advised to use an AutoAgreement Seller's Agreement if you do intend to sell the Vehicle following a test-drive.
