Terms of Use
This Web site and/or product (as the
case may be) is brought to you by Advanced Law Services Ltd ("ALS").
Agreement
Your use of this Web site, or other medium
on which this service or product is delivered to you and/or your acceptance
without modification of the terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained
in these terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to all such
terms, conditions, and disclaimers. If you do not agree with these terms
and conditions then you are not authorised to use this Web site, or
other medium on which this service or product is delivered to you.
Limitation of Service
This Web site or product is driven by
a document assembly software system into which standard legal documents
have been inserted in an interactive format. When used, the software
will automatically produce a version of a document based on a standard
text utilising the information you have entered. It is however a computer
system and whilst it is interactive, it does not have human like intelligence
and does not have the capacity to think outside the pre-programmed information
contained in it.
What you are acquiring from us is a
product in the form of an "intelligent" document which contains
the "know-how" of expert lawyers and is not a legal service.
Whilst we and the lawyers who have drafted
the documents have taken every care in ensuring the accuracy of the
contents of the documents and their interactive functionality, because
of in some cases the infinite number of variables in a document we cannot
guarantee complete accuracy on assembly and due to the continuing changing
nature of the United Kingdom legal system as well as statute and common
law the information contained in the documents will during the passage
of time become outdated.
We and the lawyers will do our best to
ensure that the documents are amended and checked regularly to ensure
their accuracy. We believe that the documents contain sufficient information
to provide you with a starting point in the process of assembling a
standard legal document. The documents are not suitable to provide expert
legal advice or where any particular transaction will require the documents
to be amended or altered. They should be utilised as a guide only to
production of the relevant documentation for the particular purpose
ascribed to it.
Commercial use limitation
The use of this Web site or product and
the documents when downloaded or installed by you are for your personal
use only and will clearly on the face of them be shown to be licensed

to ALS. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform,
reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer,
or sell any information, products or services obtained from this Web
site or product.
Document Storage
If you choose to complete your document
online we will not store the file whatsoever. Should you require a document
to be redrafted you will be required to create a wholly new document.
This protects your privacy and the pricing structure of AutoAgreement
offers all customers the ability to create an unlimited number of documents
at no additional cost with in one calendar year of registration.
