COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Advanced Law Services Ltd (trading as "AutoAgreement") is committed to providing quality products. However in the unlikely event you should have any complaint with regard to the running of the AutoAgreementâ„¢ Service or any of the products purchased from us please send an email to customer complaints at help@autoagreement.com. We will endeavour to investigate your complaint and respond to you as quickly as possible. We will either deal with your complaint, or acknowledge its receipt and confirm the timescales for a full response, within three working days of receipt.

All complaints are reviewed by the General Manager, who also reviews all responses before they are sent to you. If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may send a further email to help@advancedlawservices.com, with the reasons for your continued dissatisfaction. All the details will be passed to the Company's Chief Executive Officer for review and response.
